FRESH BLUEBERRY PIE 
Crust for 9" pie shell
4 c. blueberries, fresh
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 (10 oz.) Smuckers Simply Fruit blueberry

Bake pie crust at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or less until browned. For variation you may add 1/4 cup of wheat bran to flour ON pie board to lightly mix in with crust as it is rolled to desired shape. Any pie crust recipe will work. Whole wheat pie crust is also good with this.

Wash and sort the fresh blueberries. Put in medium size mixing bowl. Add lemon juice and cinnamon to blueberries, and stir gently. Take the Simply Fruit, put it in a microwave safe dish and heat 1 minute on HIGH. Mix Simply Fruit blueberries with the prepared fresh blueberries and mix until well coated. Put the blueberry filling in the baked pie shell. Gently press all around the edges and middle. Chill at least 4 hours in refrigerator. Serve with whipped cream. Makes 8 servings.

This has no sugar and can be used in restricted diets. Only use FRESH blueberries!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

I think what the writer means is that there is NO ADDED SUGAR since, of course, fresh blueberries and Smuckers All Fruit have natural sugar from the fruit. So, if you are avoiding ALL sugar, this will not work for you!
