FLUFFY WHITE FROSTING 
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. light corn syrup
2 tbsp. water
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

In top of double boiler, combine sugar, corn syrup, water, egg whites, salt, and cream of tartar. Cook over rapidly boiling water, beating with mixer until frosting stands in peaks. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract. Continue beating until frosting holds deep swirls.
