CARROT CASSEROLE | |
4 c. sliced carrots, cooked 1/2 c. sliced onions 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese 1 stick & 2 tsp. butter Ritz crackers, crushed 1/2-1 c. Melt in double boiler or microwave cheese and 1 stick butter. Mix with carrots and onions. Put into baking dish. Top with Ritz crackers tossed with 2 teaspoons melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. |
