EASY CAULIFLOWER CHOWDER | |
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower 1 c. water 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans of Campbell's potato soup 2 c. milk 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded Dab of butter Boil cauliflower with 1 cup water until tender (do not drain). Mash a little. In kettle combine, potato soup, milk, cheese and butter. Heat until cheese is melted. Add cauliflower. Enjoy! |
