CUSTARD SAUCE FOR ANGEL FOOD
CAKE
 
1 carton whipping cream
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 egg yolks

Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil. Add this mixture gradually to yolks and reheat. This is delicious spooned over a slice of angel food cake. Store in refrigerator and heat as needed.
