APPLE-SPICED CHICKEN 
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler-fryer chicken, quartered
Cooking oil
1/4 c. apple jelly
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. ground allspice

Break joints of chicken. Brush chicken with oil; season with salt and pepper. Place in broiler pan, skin side down. Broil 5-6 inches from heat about 20 minutes or until browned. Turn; broil 15-20 minutes or until done.
