CRITTER'S CRISP FRENCH TOAST | |
6 slices French bread 2 eggs, well beaten 1/2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. Bran Flakes 1/4 c. butter, melted Combine eggs, milk, salt and vanilla in shallow dish. Dip bread into mixture, turning once and allowing time for both sides to absorb liquid and place in a single layer on a well greased baking sheet. Drizzle with butter. Bake in 450 degree oven about 10 minutes or until brown. Serve with warm maple syrup or honey butter. Serves 3. |
