PERSIMMON BREAD 
2 1/2 c. persimmon pulp
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. butter
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
6 c. flour
2 tbsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. water
1 c. walnuts

Beat pulp, eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla. Sift soda, powder and flour and add it to pulp. Add water last, add it slowly. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Make 2 large loaves.
