1 lb. sausage
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
3 c. Bisquick

Mix and chill. (It will seem dry, but it is okay.) Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees until brown, about 15 minutes or so.
