SWEET AND SALTY 
2 c. pretzels, chopped
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. sugar
2 c. Cool Whip or Dream Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
2 cans cherry pie filling

Mix pretzels, butter, and sugar until well blended. Spread 1/2 of mixture on bottom of pan. Combine with mixer, Cool Whip, cream cheese, and sugar. Spread 1/2 of mixture over crumbs, then add 2 cans cherry pie filling. Top with remaining pretzel mixture, then chill. Chill until set.
