SQUASH AND CHICK PEAS KOOSA
MAA'HOOMUS
 
1 lb. cubed squash white or zucchini
1/2 c. chopped onions
3 tbsp. oil
1 can chick peas
Salt and pepper to taste

Fry onions in oil until half cooked. Add salt, pepper, and squash. Cook until squash is transparent. Add can of chick peas. Mix thoroughly. Serve hot or cold.
