OATMEAL FUDGE BARS 
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. quick-cooking oatmeal
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

FILLING:

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Cream butter, brown sugar, vanilla and salt. Blend in flour, soda and oats until particles are fine. Press about 2/3 cup of the mixture into bottom of greased 9" x 13" pan. Heat condensed milk in saucepan. Stir in butter, vanilla, chips and nuts. Spread over mixture in pan. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs, pressing down lightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes, until light golden brown.
