POTATO CASSEROLE 
8 white rose potatoes, boiled & unpared
1-2 bay leaves
1/4 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 green onions, chopped (optional)

Boil potatoes with bay leaf. Cool and then grate. Mix butter, soup, cheese, sour cream, seasonings and onions together. Then mix with potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (uncovered). Serves 10.
