SPINACH PIE 
1 pkg. frozen spinach, soaked and lightly drained
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. Cheddar or Velveeta

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into greased pie plate. Bake uncovered 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 8. Broccoli or zucchini can be substituted for spinach.
