HAMBURGER CRUNCH | |
1 1/2 c. white rice 1 sm. onion 2 stalks celery 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 lb. hamburger or turkey burger 1 can chow mein noodles Cook rice for 1/2 normal time. Brown hamburger or turkey burger with onion and celery. Mix all together in a casserole with 1/2 a can of chow mein noodles and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle remaining chow mein noodles on top and bake until done. |
