3 level tbsp. tapioca
3/4 c. white sugar
3 eggs, separated
1 qt. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

In double boiler add tapioca, sugar, and milk; mix egg yolks with a little milk. Cook until thick. Take off stove and add vanilla. Beat egg whites and fold in the pudding.
