3/4 lb. lean pork, diced fine
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 1/4 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. tomato juice
1 c. mushroom soup
2 c. cooked noodles

Fry pork; add onion and celery, and brown well. Add tomato juice, soup and noodles. Bake in buttered casserole at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
