PEACHY TENDER PORK CHOPS 
1 (29 oz.) can peach halves
8 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
1 env. Shake 'n Bake for pork
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

Drain peaches, reserving syrup. Moisten chops in about 1/4 cup of syrup. Coat chops with Shake 'n Bake. Arrange in single layer on rack in ungreased shallow baking pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 40 minutes.

Place peaches on top of meat. Brush with peach syrup and bake 5-10 minutes longer until chops are tender. Always cook pork thoroughly.

Meanwhile, heat together 1/2 cup peach syrup, brown sugar, catsup, and vinegar. Serve sauce alongside of chops and peaches. Serves 4.
