EGGS BENEDICT 
2 pkg. Hollandaise sauce (follow directions on pkg.)
butter
milk
Canadian bacon
eggs
English muffins

Follow directions on package of hollandaise sauce for the sauce. Heat slices of Canadian bacon. Poach eggs. Split open the muffins and toast them. Put English muffins on plate; place a piece of Canadian bacon on muffin; place poached egg over bacon (upside down); cover with sauce.
