SUNSHINE CITRUS SALMON 
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
1/4 c. olive or vegetable oil
1 tsp. dried rosemary leaves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. crushed cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
Salmon steaks or fillets

Combine first seven ingredients in blender and mix well. Marinate thawed salmon in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours turning once or twice.

Remove salmon from marinade, drain on paper towels. Grill, broil, bake or saute as desired.
