MAD MEX NACHOS 
8 oz Italian sausage, casings removed
1 (10 oz) pkg yellow or white corn tortilla chips
1 (16 oz) can Rosarita Refried Beans
1 c picante sauce
1 c diced tomatoes
1 1/2 c shredded cheese
sliced jalapeno peppers

Cook sausage until brown and crumbly; drain and keep warm. Place tortilla chips on a baking sheet. Combine refried beans and picante sauce in a sauce pan, heat until warm, stirring occasionally. Spoon bean mixture over chips. Top with sausage, tomatoes, cheese and peppers.

Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with guacamole and sour cream.
