CALIFORNIA STYLE VEGGIES 
1 lb. bag frozen California-style vegetables
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can French fried onion rings

Cook veggies slightly and drain. Add soup and cheese and pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle onions on top and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
