TACO - TOSTADA - BURRITO FILLING | |
1 lb. ground beef, pork or turkey 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 garlic clove, minced 3/4 c. picante sauce (PACE is wonderful) 1 tsp. ground cumin 1/2 tsp. salt Brown meat with onion and garlic; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients; simmer 5 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated. Serve as a filling for tacos, tostadas or burritos. Makes 8 servings. Can be made ahead and refrigerated or frozen and reheated. |
