12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
12 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
12 oz. pkg. salted peanuts
1 c. peanut butter
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows

Melt chips together over low heat. Add remaining ingredients. Spread in 9 x 13 inch greased cake pan. Chill and cut in squares.
