PRISCILLA'S MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 pkg. elbow macaroni
Velveeta cheese (1 sm. pkg.)
4 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
2 cans evaporated milk
Paprika

Boil macaroni; drain. While doing this put butter and flour in saucepan; melt. Stir until smooth. Add milk, then melt cheese into all. Pour over noodles and mix. Add paprika on top. Bake at 375 degrees until top is crusty.
