ENCHILADA MEAT DISH 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
Garlic salt & pepper
1 can Cream of Celery soup
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 c. milk
1 can enchilada sauce
1 pkg. tortilla chips, broken
1 c. American cheese
1 can chili peppers (or 1 cup)

Cook hamburger, salt and pepper and drain. Add soups, milk, sauce and peppers. Cook over low heat. Then take sheet cake pan (9 x 13 inch), cover with chips. Cover with 1/2 soup mixture, cover this with 1/2 cheese. Repeat. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees until done (about 30 to 45 minutes).
