CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. diced zucchini
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
Chopped walnuts
Chocolate chips

Mix dry ingredients in a medium size bowl and set aside. In a large bowl, cream butter, oil and sugar. Stir in eggs, vanilla and milk to mixture. Mix well, then stir in zucchini. Blend in remaining ingredients. Pour into greased and floured 9x13x2 pan. Sprinkle chopped walnut sand chocolate chips on top of batter. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
