CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken or 4 to 5 chicken breasts
1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 oz. sour cream
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 roll Ritz crackers
1 tsp. poppy seed

Boil chicken; set aside. Fix stuffing according to box. Put in bottom of 9x13 Pyrex dish. Bone and cut up chicken. Put on stuffing. Mix soup, sour cream and cream cheese together. Spread over chicken. Crush crackers finely. Mix with melted butter and poppy seed. Sprinkle evenly on top. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes or until bubbly.
