PEANUT BUTTER CANDY 
1/2 can Eagle Brand milk
1 stick butter, melted
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 lb. confectioners' sugar

Mix together and roll out into 2 rectangles. Spread with peanut butter and roll up jelly-roll fashion. Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate until easy to slice. (Roll out on wax paper that has been covered with powdered sugar. It sticks real easily so you have to be very careful when rolling up.)
