CREME DE MENTHE BROWNIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
16 oz. Hershey's syrup
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream butter and sugar and vanilla together. Beat eggs and Hershey's syrup in butter minutes. Stir in flour and salt. Bake in 9 x 13 greased pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Do not over cook. Cool before frosting.

FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. soft butter
4 tbsp. creme de menthe
Few drops green coloring

Mix all ingredients. Chill to spreading consistency. Spread over cooled cake.

TOPPING:

6 tbsp. butter
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
