TANGY MEATLOAF 
1 lb. ground veal
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. horseradish
2 eggs beaten
1 c. matzoh meal
1 c. applesauce
1/2 c. ketchup or tomato sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Bake in loaf pan 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve with extra horseradish or applesauce.
