CRANBERRY CREAM SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) boxes or 1 (16 oz.) box cherry or strawberry Jell-O
6 tbsp. sugar
2 c. boiling water
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberries
2/3 c. chopped celery
2/3 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. sour cream

Dissolve sugar and gelatin in boiling water. Chill until thickened, but not firm. Add all remaining ingredients, mixing well until sour cream disappears. Top with walnuts, if desired. Chill until firm.

Note: Can use 9 x 12-inch dish.

Serves 10 to 12.
