VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
3 tsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 tbsp. flour

Cook slightly until thickened. Cool. Cook 2 packages frozen mixed vegetables. Drain and cool. Salt as usual. Cut up 4 stalks of celery, 1/2 onion and 1/2 green pepper. Rinse 1 can kidney beans, add to chopped vegetables and mix with above dressing. Chill several hours.
