1 gallon applesauce
6 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 tbsp. vinegar

Mix, cook in deep broiler pan in oven at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Stir after 1 hour cooking time. May use the crock pot but it will not be as thick. Yields 5-6 pints.
