CHOCOLATE TURTLES 
1 lb. Kraft vanilla caramels
2 tbsp. water
3 c. pecan halves
1 (12 oz.) plain chocolate candy bar (Hershey)

In the top of a double boiler, melt the caramels. Add the water and pecans, stirring until the nuts are evenly distributed. Using a teaspoon, drop the candy on wax paper and let it cool.

In a double boiler, melt the candy bar. Dip the candy pieces in the chocolate or spoon the chocolate over them. Let the turtles stand until the candy is hardened.
