OATMEAL FUDGE BARS 
2 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. quick-cooking oats
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees, grease 15x10 inch pan. Mix brown sugar, 3/4 cup butter, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in baking mix and oats until uniform consistency. Heat chocolate chips, milk, 2 tablespoons butter and salt in saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly until smooth, stir in chopped nuts and vanilla. Press 2/3 of oatmeal mixture with greased hands into pan. Spread chocolate mixture over the top. Drop remaining oatmeal mixture by teaspoons onto top of chocolate mixture. Bake until light brown, about 30 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
