FRUIT COCKTAIL JELL-O SALAD 
1 can fruit cocktail, drained & reserve liquid
1 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
4 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1/8 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
20 grapes
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Dissolve Jell-O with hot water; add 1 cup syrup from the fruit cocktail (add water if necessary to equal 1 cup). Chill. Beat cream cheese; add mayonnaise and Jell-O, and beat until free of lumps. Fold in nuts, fruit, marshmallows and whipping cream. Pour into mold and chill until firm.
