YELLOW SQUASH PUFFS 
1 c. drained, mashed yellow squash
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. corn meal
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 med. onion

Combine 1 cup squash with 1 egg. Stir well. Combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt. Stir well. Drop squash mixture by level tablespoon into hot grease. Cook until golden brown, turning once.
