VERY SWEET BUNS 
1 pkg yeast
1/4 c. warm water (110-125 degrees)
1/2 tsp. sugar
3 c. very warm water
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, well beaten
10-11 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder

Combine yeast 1/4 cup water and 1/2 teaspoon sugar. In large bowl mix water, oil, sugar and salt. Add beaten eggs. Add softened yeast. Stir in flour and baking powder, mixing until dough is firm. Let rest 10 minutes. Knead dough 10 minutes. Grease bowl and top of dough, cover with clean towel. Let rise until evening. Shape into buns. Set overnight. Bake in the morning 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
