BERLINER KRANSER 
4 yolks hard boiled eggs
4 raw eggs
1 lb. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 c. flour
1 tsp. almond flavoring

Mash boiled egg yolks. Add raw eggs (reserving 2 white for dipping). Cream well with sugar, add butter and flour, working with hands. If too thin add flour, if too thick, add a little cream.

Chill dough - roll like large pencil, shape like wreath, dip in slightly beaten egg white and then in crushed loaf sugar. Bake.
