MANICOTTI 
Pkgd. manicotti noodles or lg. shells
3/4 c. ricotta cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese (sm. cubes)
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
Pinch of black pepper
1 lg. jar of Prego spaghetti sauce

Cook manicotti noodles as directed. Drain thoroughly. In bowl, mix together ricotta, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Add softened butter, salt, pepper and eggs. Stuff shells with cheese mixture. Lay in spaghetti sauce (Prego) lined baking dish. Spoon remaining sauce over noodles. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes. Serve.
