CHIMICHANGA'S 
1 pkg. beef gravy mix
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 hunk cheddar cheese, grated
1 hunk Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Lg. flour (soft) shells
Onions, lettuce, tomato

SPICES:

1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. crushed red peppers
Garlic salt to taste
Tabasco sauce to taste
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown hamburger and drain. Make gravy according to package directions. Add 3/4 of the 8 ounce can of tomato sauce to gravy and add spices. Add remaining tomato sauce to hamburger and add some spices to hamburger. Spoon hamburger into shell, roll up (folding the ends) and put in small, square pan. Pour gravy over the top and add grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve diced tomato, onion and lettuce on the side. You can add more spices, depending on how "hot" you like it.
