CHILI CHEESE QUICHE 
4 eggs
1/2 c. milk
4 oz. can chopped green chilies
8 oz. cheddarella, shredded
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce (optional)
1 pie crust, unbaked

Beat eggs thoroughly. Add milk and beat until foamy. Add chilies, cheese and Tabasco sauce. Blend by hand and pour in pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature with sour cream, salsa or guacamole.
