1 pkg. Jiffy Bran with Dates muffin mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. fruit and fiber (dates, raisins, walnuts)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease loaf pan. Blend ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour into prepared pan. Bake about 45 minutes.
