1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 clove minced garlic
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 tsp. tarragon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 chicken breasts
12 sheets filo dough

Combine the first six ingredients. Put one tablespoon mixture on each chicken breast. W rap each chicken breast in 2 sheets of filo dough burrito style with the ends folded under.
