SAUSAGE BAKED IN ROLL 
1 lb. hot sausage
1/2 c. dry red wine
1/4 c. Romano cheese
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 loaf frozen bread dough

Brown sausage and drain. Add wine and simmer 15 minutes. Drain and add cheese, parsley and oregano. Roll dough, brush with butter. Spread sausage mixture. Roll like jelly roll and cut into 4 or 5 pieces. Pinch sides and bake at 375 degrees 20 to 25 minutes.
