HOLIDAY CHEESE BALL 
1 c. Cracklin' Oat Bran cereal
2 pkgs. (3 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. (2 oz.) blue cheese
1/3 c. (3 oz.) process cheese spread
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
3 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
Assorted crackers

1. Measure Cracklin' Oat Bran and crush to 3/4 cup. Set aside.

2. In small bowl of electric mixer, combine cream cheese, blue cheese, cheese spread, onion and Worcestershire sauce. Beat until well blended. Stir in 1/2 cup of the crushed cereal, the shredded Cheddar cheese, the pecans and 2 tablespoons of the parsley flakes.

3. Cover and refrigerate 3-4 hours or overnight. Stir together remaining 1/4 cup crushed cereal and 1 tablespoon parsley flakes. Store in tightly covered container.

4. One hour before serving, form cheese mixture into ball and roll in the remaining cereal mixture. Serve with assorted crackers. Yield: One large cheese ball.

Cover unused portion and store in refrigerator.
