2 c. peanut butter 1/2 lb. butter 1 1/2 lb. confectioners sugar 1 lb. chocolate chips 1/2 bar wax Cream peanut butter and butter; add sugar and stir well. Shape into small 1 inch balls. Place on wax paper. Chill. Melt chocolate chips and 1/2 a bar of wax over double boiler. Stick peanut butter ball with toothpick, dip in the chocolate 3/4 or 1/2 way. Return to wax paper. Remove pick. Let dry. Store in refrigerator or freeze. |
