NO CRUST COCONUT PIE 
3/4 stick butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 can coconut
1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased and floured Pyrex dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until firm and light brown on top.
