SEVEN UP CAKE 
1 box lemon cake mix
1 box instant lemon pudding mix (sm. size)
3/4 c. salad oil
4 eggs
1 (10 oz.) bottle 7-Up

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine cake mix, pudding, salad oil and eggs. Beat 3 minutes on medium speed. Add 7-Up last. Pour into 3 (8 inch) cake pans and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool and frost.

For frosting mix sugar, flour and eggs. Add pineapple, butter and vanilla. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add coconut and nuts. Spread between layers and on top of cake.
